Your Everyday Escape.

Oasis on Oakey is a completed community of 50 homes in Deception Bay, delivered by CBM from civils through to completion. Close to the Moreton Bay foreshore, the Redcliffe Peninsula and everyday amenity, Oasis lives up to its name with a settled, leafy streetscape.

Your Bayside Base

Oasis on Oakey sits in Deception Bay, close to the Moreton Bay foreshore, the Redcliffe Peninsula and the everyday amenity of Brisbane's northern corridor.

Schools, shopping and highway access are all minutes away, making the location as practical as it is relaxed.

Delivered from the Ground Up

CBM delivered all 50 homes at Oasis, from first civil works through to completion, with each stage captured in the updates below.

The result is a settled, leafy streetscape that has matured well since handover.

An Everyday Oasis

Oasis lives up to its name: a calm pocket in a suburb that keeps growing around it.

As with every CBM community, our involvement did not end at completion, and we continue to support owners and residents across the estate.
