Desire on Deception is a completed community of 36 homes in Deception Bay, a short walk from the foreshore and moments from schools, shops and the Bruce Highway. Designed and delivered by CBM, Desire is a connected bayside neighbourhood now fully settled.
Walk to the Water
Desire on Deception sits a short walk from the Deception Bay foreshore, with schools, shops and the Bruce Highway all moments away.
The Redcliffe Peninsula, Scarborough and Newport are close enough for an after-work swim, and Brisbane remains an easy commute.
Thoughtfully Delivered
Desire brought 36 new homes to the bayside, designed and delivered by CBM from civils through to construction.
The updates below trace the build across its stages, captured on site as the work happened.
A Neighbourhood to Call Home
Now complete and settled, Desire is a connected bayside neighbourhood with its residents moved in and its streets established.
It sits alongside Dawn and Oasis in CBM's Deception Bay portfolio, three communities delivered in the same growing suburb.
