The Start of Something Special.

Dawn on Deception is a completed community of 38 homes in bayside Deception Bay, where the waterfront, local parks and daily essentials are all minutes from the front door. Delivered by CBM from land through to handover, Dawn is now home to a growing mix of families and investors.

Bayside Beginnings

Dawn on Deception sits in bayside Deception Bay, where the waterfront, local parks and daily essentials are minutes from the front door.

The Redcliffe Peninsula and its beaches are a short drive east, with the Bruce Highway keeping Brisbane comfortably in reach.

A Community Delivered

All 38 homes at Dawn are complete, taken by CBM from raw land through civils, construction and handover.

The full journey is documented in the project updates below, from the first drone flight over empty paddocks to finished streets.

Life at Dawn

Today Dawn is home to a growing mix of families and investors, part of a bayside suburb that keeps quietly improving.

It stands as a straightforward example of what CBM sets out to do: create communities and support them beyond completion.
